At Suvehi Tools, we adhere strictly to transparent, session-isolated, and automated data destruction standards. We do not inspect, retain, or monetize your uploaded documents.
1. Automatic 60-Minute Purge
Every uploaded file and generated output is permanently destroyed from our storage servers within 60 minutes of submission. In addition, users can trigger instantaneous deletion at any time by clicking the "Delete files from server immediately" button on the completion screen.
2. Tenant and Session Isolation
All files are stored in cryptographically random UUID paths inaccessible to public web scrapers. Downloads require a valid session-bound job token, ensuring cross-session isolation.
3. Zero Document Content Logging
Our system logs operational telemetry (e.g. processing duration, byte counts, error codes) for system health monitoring, but never document contents, extracted text strings, or passwords.
